Bootcamp & The Morning Crew

Every Mon, Wed and Friday from 7-8 we are open for our Bootcamp & Morning Crew training.

The Bootcamp is a 12 week blocked training program that will develop well rounded Strength and Endurance, ideal for athletes of all levels and also general fitness fans looking for that next level.
Intake for this is limited as we only have limited space available.
New members are taken in every 4 weeks, please contact us to ensure we have availability.

Kettlebell Sport is hugely popular with Ireland having a very strong presence on the international scene.
Our Kettleheads GS Team is one of the oldest Kettlebell Sport clubs in the country comprising of absolute beginners right up to World Champions and everything in between.
We take in new members any time, so long as we have space available, get in touch for more information.

This is a popular option, we have several people training for various sports or rehabilitating from injury.
You could be among them, simply book your assessment first so we can ensure you get the training that you need.
